Don't miss the hot air balloons taking off from the village, summer and winter. The Les Carroz d'Araches tourist office in the square is the place to start each holiday, pick up the entertainment guide and enjoy the free shows, welcome drinks, children's entertainment. Visit the lakes at Morillon, Samoens, Annecy, Passy and Geneva. Go for some breathtaking walks. Telecabine is open (July - August), so walk or mountain bike downhill. There's also the VTT, mountain biking, road cycling, and the Tour de France which has passed near to Les Carroz several times in the last few years.
